Job Overview:
We are seeking a Data Research Associate (Data Miner) with 2-4 years of experience to support our outbound sales department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching potential client companies, identifying key decision-makers, gathering verified business information, and ensuring data accuracy using industry-standard tools. This individual will play a key role in prospect targeting, campaign effectiveness, and CRM database enrichment by leveraging various research and validation tools.
Responsibilities
Data Mining & Lead Generation: Identify and research potential client companies and key decision-makers based on ongoing outbound sales campaigns. Conduct industry- and geography-specific research to build targeted prospect lists. Use data enrichment techniques to gather essential details like company size, revenue, industry, and key stakeholders.

Contact Research & Data Collection: Extract and verify direct email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and other relevant business details. Ensure the gathered data aligns with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and campaign requirements.
Data Validation & Quality Assurance: Cross-verify collected data using industry-standard data validation tools to ensure accuracy and completeness. Identify and remove duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate data from internal databases. Maintain high data accuracy to improve email deliverability and reduce bounce rates.
CRM & Database Management: Regularly update and manage prospect information in HubSpot CRM (or the company’s CRM). Ensure data segmentation and categorization for efficient prospect outreach. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to keep the database aligned with campaign strategies.
Collaboration with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work with SDRs and Sales Managers to prioritize research based on campaign objectives. Provide detailed research reports and data insights to refine targeting strategies. • Assist in market analysis and help identify emerging business opportunities.
Reporting & Optimization: Generate weekly and monthly reports on data research efficiency, data quality, and lead conversion rates. Suggest improvements to the research process, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency. Stay updated with new trends in data mining, lead research, and AI-powered tools.
Requirements:
Experience: 2-4 years in data research, data mining, or lead generation within an outbound sales department.
