Mango Practice Management is a complete toolset for modern accounting firms, bringing everything from time tracking to invoicing under one roof. The app was designed to replace multiple disconnected tools with a single, intuitive solution that helps firms stay organized, bill clients faster, and improve team collaboration.
Before Mango, many accounting firms were juggling too many tools just to get through their day one for tracking time, another for billing, another for sending files, and yet another for managing tasks. This caused inefficiencies, communication gaps, and security concerns. The client wanted a solution that would simplify operations, secure sensitive financial data, and feel easy to use for both accountants and their clients.
We built a single, integrated platform that combines time tracking, billing, task and project management, file sharing, and digital signatures. The goal was to make accounting operations smoother, faster, and safer without forcing users to switch between apps.
