Roles and Responsibilities

Mandatory Responsibilities

  • Prospecting leads and contacting them to pitch the product/ service
  • Setting up meetings with the prospective clients
  • Presenting product demonstrations to the client
  • Establishing new business links and follow-ups
  • Seek new opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social media channels
  • Collaborate within teams to achieve better results
  • Take feedback from customers and share it with support teams

Optional Responsibilities

  • Participate in conferences, exhibitions, and industry meet-ups for business development

Required Skills

  • Excellent written and Verbal English Communication skill
  • Cold Calling experience
  • Acquainted with Communication mediums like skype, slack etc.
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Word.
  • Sales experience in an IT/technical SaaS product company preferably 2 years.
