Client wanted to develop a user-friendly and streamlined process for installers to commission EV chargers effortlessly. The goal was to simplify the commissioning process while eliminating the need for clunky laptops, enhancing efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
The proof of concept (POC) for the app was created, defining core functionalities.The POC was distributed to 50 individuals for testing, and their feedback was collected.The feedback received was analyzed to identify trends, pain points, and areas for improvement.The app flow was designed based on user feedback, incorporating suggested improvements.Detailed analytics were integrated to track user behavior and enhance features. The revised app flow was implemented, and extensive testing was conducted for stability and compatibility.The app was deployed to a smaller user group for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and their feedback was gathered.Ongoing monitoring of feedback and analytics drove further improvements and updates to the app.
Overall, the outcome was a feature-rich mobile app for electric car charging installation. It empowers users by suggesting optimal charging times, providing personalized charge cycle recommendations, notifying about nearby EV stations, and automating the charging process based on tariff changes.
